Equestrian Cleaning Blankets

At CleanSports, horses and their blankets are very important to us. As we all know routinely washing the blankets prevents the fabric from deteriorating and losing its strength.
Due to the ammonias found in the urine and manure. We want the blankets to last as long as possible for you. The worst thing that you can do is store your blankets unwashed for the summer. The heat and sun will bake the ammonias into the fabric, leacing permanent stains and weakening the fabric, therefore shortening the life of the blanket.

CleanSports uses the ESPORTA WASH SYSTEM MACHINE. The machine has eight compartments that can hold up to sixteen blankets. CleanSports uses a four step wash process with a mild environmentally safe enzyme-based
deterent containing no bleaches are chlorinated solvents. Our "force additive" disinfects and sanitizes by breaking down any blood, mold, urine, and any other contaminates present in the items.

Any laundering of horse blankets would remove the factory water repellent finish. What good would would a blanket be if it couldn't repell rain and snow. The ESPORTA WASH SYSTEM uses a DRW treatment. This revolutionary product treats the blankets with a specially formulated polymer the specially penetrates the fiber of the blanket. This treatment bonds to fabric providing a fluid repellent barier.
